Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceuticals using a company vehicle or personal vehicle.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, company confidentiality policies, and chain of custody procedures.
- Collect and deliver packages from hospitals, clinics, and laboratories across the Miami area.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Complete daily delivery logs, mileage reports, and digital proof of delivery (POD) accurately.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience for healthcare staff and patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable cell phone and access to a vehicle with valid insurance.
- Basic computer proficiency for using mobile delivery applications.
- Punctuality and a strong commitment to safety and time management.
