In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our products to a variety of commercial and residential customers across the Tulsa metro area. We pride ourselves on our on-time delivery record and our team-centric culture.
Responsibilities
- Safe Transportation: Operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to designated stops in a safe and timely manner.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload cargo using hand trucks or dollies, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues as they arise.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary delivery paperwork, including bills of lading and mileage logs, accurately and on time.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Inventory: Verify that the correct products are being delivered and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- CDL Required: Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid DOT medical card and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to use a handheld radio/computer terminal.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs dictate.
