Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) on designated local routes.
- Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks and hand trucks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and daily mileage reports.
- Ensure the safety and security of all cargo during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service at each delivery stop.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of local San Jose area roads and traffic patterns.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
