Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on designated local routes in and around the Houston metro area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo security and safety.
- Interact professionally with customers, taking orders and resolving delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs, mileage records, and delivery receipts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
- Current DOT Medical Card and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
