Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles (Box Trucks & Straight Trucks) in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and proper lifting techniques.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery stop.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable local commercial driving experience.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento and surrounding county geography.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed.
