Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations within Cincinnati
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Represent SwiftLogistics with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Cincinnati area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for app-based operations
- Pass background check and drug screening
