Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and supplies to local addresses using company vehicles
- Follow optimized routes to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and tracking
- Pass criminal background and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from our Virginia Beach facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
