Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to local Omaha addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures as required
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and organize cargo securely
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Omaha metro area and surrounding communities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Reliable transportation to/from starting location
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
