Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate delivery of packages to residential and commercial locations within Chandler and surrounding areas
- Efficient route planning using GPS technology to optimize delivery schedules
- Safe operation of delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Professional interaction with customers during delivery confirmations and issue resolution
- Maintenance of delivery records and documentation via mobile scanning systems
- Vehicle inspection and reporting of maintenance needs to ensure operational readiness
- Collaboration with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and delays
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and maneuver them safely
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic scanning technology
- Strong time management skills and punctuality for scheduled deliveries
