Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to designated addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery experience.
- Interact professionally and politely with customers, handling packages with care.
- Utilize mobile applications to update delivery status and communicate with dispatch.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues before starting shifts.
- Load and unload cargo from the vehicle, ensuring items are secure during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology and GPS navigation systems.
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to a company vehicle) with valid insurance.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
