Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Madison's streets efficiently
- Load/unload packages with care and maintain delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology
- Communicate delivery status and resolve customer inquiries promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Reliable transportation to Madison depot
- Pass background check and drug screening
