Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Louisville metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Handle cash transactions and manage payment processing for services rendered
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable vehicle or ability to use company-provided delivery vehicle
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
