Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to designated locations within San Antonio metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Utilize GPS technology and mobile apps for real-time navigation and updates
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or driving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio streets and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based delivery tracking
- Background check and drug screening required
