Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Kansas City metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safe operating conditions
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and route challenges
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking
- Reliable transportation to and from depot (remote-friendly role)
