Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Bakersfield and surrounding areas
- Operate company vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via mobile app
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; commercial driving license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with GPS navigation proficiency
- Exceptional customer service attitude and problem-solving abilities
