Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Boston
- Utilize our proprietary mobile app for route optimization and real-time updates
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
- Coordinate with remote dispatch team for schedule adjustments and issue resolution
- Document delivery status and handle returns/exceptions through remote portal
- Participate in remote weekly performance reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to one) with valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based navigation and communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills for remote coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
