Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout Pittsburgh metro area
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address client inquiries
- Efficiently plan routes using GPS technology to optimize delivery times and fuel usage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each shipment
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure mechanical safety and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and update ETAs
- Uphold company standards for package handling and security protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Pittsburgh streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service mindset with professional communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
