Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Reno city limits
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and warehouse operations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
