Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Omaha metro area.
- Verify package contents and ensure accurate delivery to the correct customer.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols.
- Update delivery status and route information using handheld mobile devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any delivery inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for operating handheld delivery software.
- Strong knowledge of local Omaha geography and traffic patterns.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle or willingness to drive a company truck.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and during peak delivery times.
