Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food items to residential and commercial locations across New York City
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking app
- Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all NYC traffic regulations and parking guidelines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at our distribution hub
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
