Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company protocols
- Efficiently load, transport, and deliver packages with 99% on-time accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and route planning
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and documentation for inventory tracking
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving or delivery experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and operate manual/automatic transmissions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic logistics software
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and excellent communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
