Responsibilities
- Safely operate your box truck to transport goods across Miami-Dade and Broward counties
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs (ELD)
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Optimize routes to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professionalism
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Uphall all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience with box trucks
- Proof of ownership or lease-to-purchase option for DOT-compliant box truck
- Strong knowledge of Miami metropolitan area and Florida highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment safely
- Basic smartphone proficiency for dispatch communication
- Commercial insurance with $1M liability coverage
