Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or supplies to designated locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and organizing delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (training provided)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Reliable transportation to and from designated work location
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- No prior delivery experience required - we train you!
