Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to local destinations using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle any delivery-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each assigned route
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and update ETAs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUI/DWI convictions)
- Ability to operate vehicles with manual or automatic transmission
- Strong time management skills and punctuality for scheduled deliveries
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- No prior delivery experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- Must pass background check and drug screening
