Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Bakersfield
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Follow optimized routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete delivery documentation and obtain required signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license required
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic smartphone navigation skills
- Strong punctuality and reliability ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to complete paid training program
