Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Minneapolis
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our digital tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and address inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and maximize fuel efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintain organized delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to operate cargo vans or box trucks (training provided)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to and from the distribution center
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
