Responsibilities
- Transport packages to residential and commercial clients within a designated delivery radius in Miami, FL.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and time windows to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Obtain electronic signatures and confirm delivery details using handheld mobile devices.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery exceptions efficiently.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and fueled.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and communication.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency for communication and reading delivery instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
