Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport packages/food items to local destinations
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with recipients
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle payment transactions
- Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates through our mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Memphis area streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based navigation and communication
- Background check and drug screen required
- Reliable personal vehicle (if using personal vehicle for deliveries)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
