Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles on local routes.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and security.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no recent DUIs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to lift packages and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for change and cash handling.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
