Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout St. Louis metropolitan area
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Verify delivery details and obtain proper signatures from recipients
- Maintain clean, well-functioning vehicles through daily inspections
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Report maintenance issues and complete delivery documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of St. Louis streets and neighborhoods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to and from depot location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-paid)
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
