Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and on-time delivery
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Ensure secure cargo handling and customer service excellence
- Manage fuel expenses and submit timely reimbursement requests
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Box truck operation experience (24-26ft preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable data for dispatch apps
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- DOT medical certification current
- Commercial insurance coverage (minimum $1M liability)
