Responsibilities
- Safely operate 24-foot box trucks for local and regional deliveries
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with efficiency and care
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize time and fuel efficiency
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years box truck or commercial driving experience
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability coverage)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Smartphone with reliable GPS and data connectivity
- Pass background and drug screening
