Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, food, and supplies throughout Mesa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Verify order details upon pickup and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Mesa/Phoenix metro area
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
