Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated drop-off points.
- Load and unload merchandise from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical integrity of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients and businesses.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and paperwork within designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of route planning and GPS navigation systems.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
