Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Anaheim and surrounding areas efficiently and safely.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Utilize mobile apps and GPS systems for accurate route planning and real-time tracking.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before starting your shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and adhere to all company appearance standards.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and process receipts promptly.
- Report any delivery issues or damages to dispatch immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery (sedan, SUV, or cargo van).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using navigation and delivery applications.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
