Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and documents to local destinations
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup/dropoff interactions
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle (provided by company)
- Report delivery issues and coordinate with support team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use delivery apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable internet access for schedule management
