We are currently expanding our local delivery fleet and are looking for drivers who take pride in customer service and safe driving practices. Whether you are an experienced driver looking for a change or a new driver eager to start, we offer comprehensive training and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided box truck to deliver products to residential and commercial customers in the Houston area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, and proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and paperwork in accordance with company policy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery information.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the distribution center.
