Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided vehicles for local delivery routes throughout Mesa and surrounding areas
- Load/unload packages using provided equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using provided GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided lifting equipment
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to start/end location
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
