Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to Manhattan/Brooklyn locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical soundness
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and navigation shortcuts
- Experience with delivery apps or logistics software preferred
