Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, food, and retail goods throughout Omaha metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve delivery issues professionally
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrival and fuel efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management when required
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent commercial driving
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Omaha metro streets and navigation tools
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexible scheduling availability
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
