Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Charlotte metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Perform vehicle pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Coordinate with dispatch team regarding delivery exceptions and delays
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds consistently
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte geography and traffic patterns
