Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential/commercial addresses within El Paso city limits
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using provided GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Handle fragile or temperature-sensitive packages with care
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (SUV/pickup preferred)
- Proof of auto insurance meeting TX state minimums
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience a plus
