Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods within San Antonio metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery inquiries
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic laws
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution centers and client locations
- Adhere to company safety protocols and delivery service standards
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; commercial driving license a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio streets and navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
