Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders within Minneapolis metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communications
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS technology
- Represent Swift Delivery with professional appearance and attitude
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time adjustments
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Basic navigation knowledge of Minneapolis
- Reliable transportation to/from depot
