Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages throughout Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon delivery
- Inspect vehicles for safety and cleanliness before/after shifts
- Communicate delivery status to dispatch and customers via mobile app
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Resolve delivery issues promptly with customer-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to shift start location
