Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Santa Ana and surrounding areas
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions, including loading/unloading assistance
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation using our mobile app system
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization as needed
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Santa Ana streets and surrounding communities
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
