Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to residential and commercial locations across Austin
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries and minimize fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, including order confirmations and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation through our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes based on traffic conditions and delivery priorities
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Minimum 21 years of age with ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of Austin streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
