Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet delivery timelines
- Load/unload merchandise with proper lifting techniques to prevent damage
- Collect payments, signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid AZ driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Mesa metro area and surrounding cities
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to start location (mileage reimbursed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
