Job Overview
As a Local Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company. You will ensure that our products arrive safely, on time, and in perfect condition. We operate primarily within the Tucson metropolitan area, making this a local, home-based driving opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload packages and freight from delivery vehicles using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Navigate local delivery routes efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals at all customer locations.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling package exchanges and signatures with care.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and digital paperwork using handheld devices.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using tablet-based delivery apps.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
