Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, food, and retail goods within Anaheim and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Anaheim area streets and neighborhoods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening (required for employment)
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts during peak seasons
